What is a vector image?
A vector image is artwork made from scalable lines and shapes instead of pixels.
It can be resized to any size without losing quality—perfect for laser cutting and CNC work.

Raster files (JPG, PNG, BMP, etc.) are not suitable unless they are fully converted to vector.

Order Rejection Policy

Orders may be delayed or rejected if:

• The logo is not a vector file
• The artwork is too low quality for cutting
• The design requires significant cleanup or reconstruction
