This is our XL Telescoping Crimper. This tool is designed for your heavy duty jobs but is never shy to handle the smaller jobs either. When its shrank down to its smaller form it comes in at a full length of 26". When it's fully expanded, your total length comes to almost 40" giving you the leverage you need that even your kid can crimp your lugs well enough you wont have to worry about the wire coming out ever.

Our crimper is designed to crimp terminals ranging from 8 gauge all the way up to a GIGANTIC 4/0 or also know as 0000 gauge wire. This is easily adjustable between size by twisting the dial at the top moving the gauge block up or down.

One nice perk to getting this unit is that it comes with a bench mount holder for the crimper. With this mount you are able to secure it to any flat surface making it easy to hold the crimper in place while you are crimping your terminals. Making it even easier to do all your jobs by yourself. The cool part of this mount is that the sides are high enough to really hold the unit without actually having to bolt the unit to the mount. This way you can have it mounted on the bench but if you need it mobile, its a matter of just picking the unit up and continuing on your job and then setting it back in the mount when you need it on the bench.

If you are ever worried about any of our tools holding up to any rough conditions that may happen in a shop environment, just know don't worry. We always torture test every tool we make in a non realistic environment to insure that they can keep up with everything the normal day can throw at it. Then after they pass those test they get put at our benches to be used every day. We wouldn't sell anything that we wouldn't use ourselves on our own projects.
